How does the free trial work?

All of our paid plans include a free trial. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime during the trial.

How do you handle overages?

Bandwidth overage is priced at $0.20 a gigabyte. If there is an overage, it is billed monthly at the same time as the plan. To increase the amount of diskspace, upgrade to a higher plan under Account.

What is Bandwidth?

Bandwidth is the amount of data downloaded when a video is played. Every time a video is viewed it uses bandwidth. An example of bandwidth is: a web ready version of a video is 5 megabytes and is viewed to completion 5 times, the amount of bandwidth used would amount to 25 megabytes.

What is storage/disk-space?

When videos are uploaded into Vidaroo, they take up a storage called disk-space. We don't have a hard limit on the number of videos that can be uploaded within the amount of disk-space for the given plan.

How often will you bill me?

Accounts are billed each month on the anniversary of creation.
