Vidaroo

Tom Moreland was elected Chairman and CEO of Vidaroo on January 1, 2013.

His knowledge of the video industry gained during his tenure as CFO from 2008 to 2012 will provide valuable insight into the future direction of the Company's marketing, operations, and future development.

In addition to his experience with Vidaroo he draws from many years of sound financial, accounting and business management expertise and experience. He has held several senior financial roles for public companies, including Vice President of Finance for Nasdaq-listed Priority HealthCare and AMEX-listed PainCare Holdings, Inc. In these capacities, he was largely responsible for strategic planning, operational performance and SEC reporting compliance. Additionally, he served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Devereux, a national non-profit provider of behavioral health care services. He began his career working with international accounting firm Ernst & Young.

Micheal's leadership as a Director at Vidaroo is invaluable to the ongoing development of Vidaroo's online video platform. As President and CTO at Vidaroo, he played a key role in designing, developing and implementing the underlying system architecture that powers our feature-rich video publishing platform.

Mark cofounded Vidaroo with Ian McDaniel in 2007 and served as Chairman and CEO from 2009 to 2012. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mark directed the daily operations of Vidaroo subsidiary Media Evolutions — a company he originally co-founded with Ian McDaniel in 2000. Mark continues as a Director of Vidaroo providing valuable guidance and leadership through his knowledge as an organizational founder and distinguished member of the video industry.

Ian has served as a pioneering force in the Entertainment industry for nearly two decades, driven by his knowledge of advanced and emerging technologies that enable 'off the hook' media production for the world's leading artists and broadcast media companies. Teamed with Mark Argenti, he has provided pre- and post-production design and editing expertise for numerous large-scale projects such as Justin Timberlake, Live from Memphis and Will Smith, Live in Concert. In addition, he has worked on shows for NBC, ABC, MTV, VH1, HBO, Showtime, Discovery Channel, History Channel and A&E.
